This event is part of the Promotion of the Cross-Border Agri-Food Social Economy Ecosystem, promoting the meeting between producers, specialists, and visitors within a context of valuing the territory and its resources.

In this context, the Lamb and Shepherding Fair arises, organized by Odiana with the collaboration of the Association of Friends of Farelos and Clarines and the support of the Alcoutim Municipal Council and the Parish Council of Giões—an anchor event that aims to celebrate, promote, and value the territory's products and knowledge.

This edition also includes a thematic conference, bringing together experts, producers, and industry agents in a space for knowledge sharing, reflection, and the creation of new opportunities for the future of the rural world.

An initiative integrated into the Agrosocial project, which aims to value local products and networking between neighboring regions, co-financed by the Interreg VI-A Spain-Portugal Program (POCTEP) 2021-2027.
