Historias que inspiran: mujeres que impulsan la economía social

This series brings together five real experiences featuring women from the agri-food sector in the Galicia–North of Portugal cross-border region who, through their testimonies, show the value of the social economy as a driver of development, innovation, and sustainability in rural areas.

Each story reflects a good practice in social economy, highlighting the fundamental role of women as agents of innovation, entrepreneurship, and transformation in their communities. From different areas of the agri-food sector, the protagonists share their career paths, the challenges faced, and the impact of their work on the environment. The videos were produced within the framework of the 0297_AGROSOCIAL_6_E project, co-funded by the Interreg VI-A Spain–Portugal Program (POCTEP) 2021–2027. Its objective is to raise awareness among citizens and local stakeholders about the value of the social economy as a tool to strengthen the productive fabric, promote equal opportunities, and contribute to the future of rural areas.
