As part of the AGROSOCIAL project, two important activities took place in the Alto Minho region during the month of July, reinforcing the commitment to sustainable development and cross-border cooperation in the field of social agri-food economy.
On July 10, the project promoted:
- AgroSocial Lab Session: a session focused on the challenges of the social agri-food economy, bringing together researchers and professionals to discuss sustainability, digitalization, and the role of women in this key area for rural development.
- Working Committee I Meeting – Galicia–Northern Portugal Zone: across-border meeting between representatives from Portugal and Spain, focused on jointly developing strategic plans to strengthen the social agri-food economy in the region.
Both initiatives highlight AGROSOCIAL’s ongoing efforts to foster collaborative networks and promote sustainable production and consumption models in the Galician-Portuguese region.
